We’ve tried to list as many answers to questions you might have, if your question is not answered below try the chat button (not saying we can answer every question, but we will give it a good go, try us)

  • Prices!
    Our current prices (subject to change) are listed below: Campervan hire, prices listed are per day. Jan, Feb, Mar £70 Apr, May £80 Jun £100 Jul, Aug £120 Sep £100 Oct, £80 Nov, Dec £70 Extras available: Table and chairs set Portta Potty Byron Low Awing tent Cutlery, Plates and Cups (for 4)
  • Do you want all the money up front?
    We take a 1 day's rate deposit 14 days before the hire start date and then ask for the rest 7 days before the hire starts. (to be paid no later than 3 days before hire).
  • Is there a mnimum hire period?
    Yes, our minmum campervan hire period is 3 days
  • Who can drive our campervans?
    Drivers can be between the ages of 23 and 79 inclusive Drivers must have a full licence, held for a minimum of 2 years at time of renting. For more driving licence requirements, please see our T&C
  • How much is insurance excess/security deposit?
    In line with our insurance policy, we take a refundable security deposit of £800
  • What documents do I need?
    Two weeks before the start of the rental period, we will send you a pre-hire page with all the information we require before the big day. This includes: - Driving Licence check code - Driving Licence - Proof of address x2 that match the address on your licence. The above documents are required for both the hirer and any additional drivers.
  • What are the drop off & pick up times?
    Pick up is from 12 midday and drop off is from 9am till 12 midday Please don’t be late for drop off. We reserve the right to charge you for late return but we don’t want to do that, so please don’t be late!
  • Is there a fuel charge?
    No. You pick up the camper with a full tank and bring it back the same way. There are a few petrol stations near us the closest one being a 9 min walk from us.
  • Do I need to clean the campervan?
    We ask you to bring the campervan back tidy and free from rubbish, stains or major soiling. Fair use is fine, we are not talking show room quality & don’t worry at all about the outside, it is what it is (that’s not a challenge, please don’t go looking for mud)
